A lot of great coaches out there on the high school level put their time into their programs, and then you have parents who think they know everything and move their kids from program to program.

You also have kids who swear they’re grown men, but the second you challenge them with grown man shit, they want to be kids again. The system is broken. You’re choking out the good coaches, and your college level and up whether it’s D1 or NAIA is going to suffer.
