Great message "Leaders teach others to be Leaders" thank you...heard it in person when I got the Coach of the Year award & Barry shook my hand & commented on my work. Allows me to be the best for those I lead; plan for this year is to lead a university women's hockey program.

Existing on one income in a world that is built around 2 incomes is difficult & it’s an accomplishment that people don’t talk about. There is always room in this world for more empathy & understanding. Not everyone can afford to participate or do things others are doing. Be kind.

And especially not arguing about the need for masking; if you don't understand, go back to school or get out of medicine
Healthcare workers mad that people are trying to bury the past, are helping to bury the present and the future by being silent about the current threat of Covid. If you’re a healthcare worker, who’s mad about people trying to rewrite history why aren’t you wearing a mask and advocating for clean air? Why don’t you want the people you work for to have the most safe healthcare experience possible? Why are you ignoring all of the research that we have at our disposal that shows that Covid is a wrecking ball? ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/research/co…

Every infection avoided is one less illness to face and one less recovery to go through. Prevention is most effective when multiple protective measures work together. Masking, improving indoor air quality, testing, vaccination, and reducing exposure in shared spaces all play a role in limiting the spread of respiratory infections. Making prevention part of everyday life helps protect ourselves and our communities. #PublicHealth #COVID #COVID19 #InfectionPrevention #DiseasePrevention

2020- Heart experts sound the alarm that Covid infections will cause an increase in cardiac events in younger people. 2026- There has been a noticeable increase in cardiac events in young people, it must be video games, micro plastics, 5G, processed foods, and every and any other variable aside from Covid. No matter what it can’t be Covid. Even though we were warned.

I couldn’t read a book for over two years after I got Long Covid. Anyone else?
I saw of video of Ethan Hawke lamenting how he's not reading half as much as he once did. This is a much deeper and darker pattern. Some of the most avid readers I know, lifelong readers, have basically stopped. They hate it and can't even explain it, the fire's just gone out
