Love it when kids have the courage to get up in front of their peers and and not only talk about their faith, but do it with PASSION & PURPOSE! This morning was exactly that at our weekly FCA huddle! Great job by these girls - Kids cease to amaze me everyday! God is good 🙌🏻

Leadership looking a little different this week 👀 Annual favorite teaching our athletes about “The Man in the Red Bandana”. Cool story to commemorate Welles Crowther, a 9/11 hero who was once an athlete and made an impact in the world after athletics! Never Forget 🇺🇸

A little chalk talk with the FB boys yesterday 📝 Vertical jump height, or lack thereof, doesn’t always paint the whole picture. Blake is an RB/LB Owen is a WR/DB Owen jumps higher, but Blake has a higher power index. Don’t let jump height get you down… you still got POWER!

One of the best parts of my day is getting a lift in with my guy after our athletes are done for the day! 💪🏼 He writes his own workouts. I do mine, he does his. I don’t force anything and just encourage along the way. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 – at Grand Island, NE
