If kids are leaving your program in bunches, the first place to look isn’t across town or at the private school. It’s in the mirror.
Players don’t leave great environments in large numbers without a reason.
If you believe a private school “steals” players from public schools, you’re looking at the issue the wrong way.
Families make decisions they believe are best for their children. Coaches don’t own athletes. Schools don’t own athletes.
Instead of blaming other programs, focus on building a program that players want to be a part of.
That’s how you win.

HEARTBREAKING: #NFL HCs and GMs LAUGHED AT Darren Sproles when he measured in at the combine and was only 5-foot-6 and weighed in at 170 pounds.
Sproles called his dad: “They laughed at me”
His Dad replied: “You know what to do”
