Dear college wbb transfers-you do not need an agent-especially if they are seeking you out. You can find the right fit and program by getting to know the program. Do not make your decision all about $. Happiness in the right environment should be #1. No different than job hunting. If money is the issue-remember the agent is going to take a %. Be smart. Schools literally watch the portal all day long. If you meet their needs-they will reach out. Too many agents just worry about $-they don’t care you’ll be 14 on roster, yet you’re transferring for PT. Be smart. Use references. Prioritize you and what’s best for you and your happiness #ncaawbb #transferportal #lovethegame

Gallup did a study where they asked people to identify the worst event in their life and the best event. They found an 80% correlation between the two events. So often the worst event leads to the best. Adversity is our partner in growth. It’s not easy going through it but it makes us stronger, wiser and better.
