Leadership isn’t just about having a vision. Leadership is about bringing a group of people together & empowering them to believe that together, we can make that vision come true….and then repeating it again and again. #LiveYourExcellence

People say I’m tooo happy, but sometimes those who are the biggest “grinches” are the ones who appreciate it most. Be happy, smile more, make someone’s day. It’s Monday, let’s have some fun!!

On avg, Kids receive 400+ negative communications from adults & peers per day & only 40 positive or encouraging responses per day. Consider how draining that must be mentally! Taking responsibility to be more positive & encouraging to my family, athletes & the people around me.
