I accepted a job to be a High School Social Studies teacher in Colorado Springs, Colorado today at Discovery High School! I got my first big kid job!! 😁🙌
I always like to teach this as bull-spike. Always important to start in WORST position possible. Teach the defensive player to drive HARD and give a good look. Offensive player needs to jump, spike their cleats in the ground and sink their hips to stop the bull.

IMO “running off the football” is not universally the same. Veer teams will look different from gap teams per technique. Get your first two steps in the ground before the man in front of you with great angles and a strong base, and you win.

You can't just talk about it tho. It has to be practiced!
