Extremely proud of these guys! They have been working tirelessly since January and saw some huge gains today! Very grateful I had the opportunity to train with them throughout the 2nd semester!💪🏋️♂️

Yessir! @CoachJMcGowan made an unprecedented impact on our WR's both on and off the field during his time at @SienaHeightsFB. A true pro and a pleasure to work with. DB's in the GLIAC better be ready to compete every play with Z6!
Shout to @coachHaskins95, trying to be incognito with his recent opportunity to coach the RB's @LakeErieFB. Those RB's better be ready to "Lock 'The Heck' In"! Congratulations Coach, much deserved!
Not another Coach in the country that is more deserving to keep climbing than @_coachmcgaughy . His preparation with our Special Teams Units won us games in the #LastDance. Offenses in the GMAC better watch out!
Honored to announce that I’ve joined the staff at Lake Erie College as the Defensive Coordinator. Thank you to everyone who’s helped me get to this moment. #RageOn
It was an absolute pleasure working with Coach Shaah, a true Rising Star in the profession, offenses in the GLVC better watch out! #SHUTEMDOWNOPENUPSHOP
Excited and grateful to announce that I will be joining Quincy University as the Defensive Coordinator. I’m excited for this challenge of competing in a new environment.

I mean I think this one is pretty obvious. @_coachmcgaughy has to be a choice for this one. Elite LB play at SHU was a tradition that was more than upheld. Just look at these numbers
Congratulations Coach! Dops made a tremendous impact on our program and is a true pleasure to work with! No doubt is going to do GREAT things at @ElmhurstU_FB

That Guy, My Guy!
@CoachShaah locking down defenses is the standard. It starts with tight coverage and taking away the #1 player on the field.

We hold our LB's to a different standard here @SienaHeightsFB. We are LBU. Since 2022 the numbers have spoken for themselves.

The SHU RUFF RYDERS LEGACY will live on long after the door shut and the lights turn off for SHU. I couldn’t be more proud to call this place my home.
To the players I love you guys.

Dang @CoachShaah , @_coachmcgaughy . Isn't that four MSFA Defensive Player of the Year Winners from @SienaHeightsFB in the past five years? #notransfers#str8outtahighschool.
