It’s not easy to play for winning coaches. They’ll hold you accountable, push you beyond your comfort zone, demand excellence, and expect you to respond when things get hard. There will be days when you’re frustrated, uncomfortable, and challenged.
But for the athletes who are willing to embrace it, it’s worth it. Winning programs aren’t built by avoiding adversity - they’re built by learning how to overcome it.

They can watch motivational tapes later.
