Half time buzzer beater from this past live period @hgsl_girls Jersey Shore Live! 6 seconds left on the clock, and was able to cut the deficit to 2, created great momentum into the second half to come out on top!

down 3, 41-38 with 2.9 seconds left on the clock. Got fouled shooting a three, on the line taking 3 foul shots. Make the first 2 get iced and tie the game up.
The simple habits translate into real time pressure situations.

Quotes from refs today,” bro, I ain’t call in anything this is money grab. I’m gettin paid and gettin out of here!” “ this ain’t basketball it’s AAU!” “ calm down you don’t know nothin about ball bro!” Got a t when I asked where he played in college.
Last thought for the night. Eliminated the recruiting calendar. Give coaches 150 days to go wherever they want. Why can a coach go to a high school practice and not an AAU practice? Let the coaches make decisions about how and when they recruit. This would save $$$
Why are club sports the only place you play by age? High school and college you play with all 4 grades on 1 team. Why not do
The same for club sports. Maybe because it would mean less profit? What’s best for kids?
Just an idea to have just high school AAU. When you get to high school no more playing by age on the circuit. Just high school AAU. One to 2 high school teams per program as opposed to 8-10. If you don’t make it you play locally not nationally.
Over 500 teams @nooksports this weekend. Breakdown the math. Team entrance fee, fan admissions, parking, hotel kickback to event operator, expenses are rental, refs $32 per game, table $12 per game so $76 per game, team entrance fee $895 for 4 games= $763 profit per team.

Dream come true for @CoachMagarity to coach these AMAZING young women 🙌💚
Should private equity be involved in youth sports? Private equity is defined as maximizing profit to get to an exit strategy. Is that what youth sports has become? @JayBilas @SethOnHoops @CoachPatsos saw a fight at the end of girls AAU game tonight. Lazy refs = max profits
