💡WEEK 7 | SPOTLIGHT REPORT Dylan Gore @dylangoreqb Andrean High School @FootballAndrean QB 6'0 185 Lbs. C/O 2028 I love this kid’s game from the pocket. He is a pure thrower of the football who can threaten all levels of the defense, and the tape gives you multiple looks at him driving throws to the far boundary with torque. Arm strength is not an issue with this young man. What draws me in further is his control over how the ball arrives. At :22, he uses his eyes to manipulate the safety, resets his base and delivers the deep ball with touch and a trajectory that lets the receiver stay in stride. The slant rep beginning at :30 requires a different delivery. Watch the release at :35, layering the ball over the linebacker into the space between the corner and safety. He clears the underneath coverage without giving the safety enough time to close, and the placement keeps the receiver moving for a 25-yard gain. That is a good example of arm talent working with timing and an understanding of the available window. His delivery on the move deserves attention, too. At 1:01, rolling left in the red zone, he gets his feet and hips coordinated to release the quick out on time with the receiver’s break. His arm gives him access to the field, but his timing and control over the delivery are what make these reps stand out. He shows a feel for getting the ball beyond one defender and to his receiver before the next can affect the catch Film Link: xitter.cf/dylangoreqb/status/210… 🗓️NEXT UP: Andrean➡️Hanover Central October 9th @ 8:00 #SASpotlight
