UNC basketball player Isaiah Denis recently shared that when he wasn’t getting much playing time last year, he started treating practices like his games. He couldn’t control his minutes, but he could choose how he used the opportunity in front of him. Every practice gave him a chance to compete, improve, and prepare. It’s easy to get so focused on the opportunity we want that we overlook the one we have. But how you approach today can help or hurt your preparation for tomorrow. Are you using this moment to become more ready for the next one? #TheConfidentAthlete
