Alex Bregman is discussing what he is currently working on. We live in a world with more information than ever, but less wisdom. We are so blessed to be able to listen to the best discuss their process.

Baseball Coaches have favorites. They are usually the kids who -Have talent -Don’t strikeout looking -Don’t walk everyone -Work hard -Have hustle -Have that dog in them -Hate to lose -Can get a bunt down -Don’t miss signs -Show up early -Have Respect -Pick up equipment with out being asked -Get Foul Balls -Have parents that are not only not problems but are actively willing to help and are helpful. Do these things, and I promise you will become a favorite. – at Bay Pines, FL

Must watch for all Coaches‼️ Kelsey Plum recently posted a video on Instagram talking about the lack of confidence in our youth and young female athletes ⬇️ “Yes you are a coach, but really your job is to uplift and encourage…we just have an epidemic of a lack of confidence.”

"Kids inherently want to be good teammates. I try, when I recruit, to identify those kids that still have an interest in being good teammates." Average teammates want to be the best on the team when they play. Relentless teammates want their team to be at its best when they play.
