What a great day for a State XC Meet! Gloria finished her season at the state meet placing 58th out of 160 runners in a personal best time of 20:31. She ran great and had a huge group of family, teammates, and friends there to cheer her on. Great job Gloria!

XC volunteers helped put up the “Field of Flags” for the BP Cancer Group on Sunday. It was a HOT day and they did a great job! Some even went home with some “battle scars” (blisters) from their hard work! Thanks for being willing to help!

I just want to take a moment to address the boys in black and white, I know how today feels. Quiet. Lonely. Full of a sense of self-guilt or regret. When you put on a jersey you love more than anything else, it’s hard to ever come to terms with taking it off for the last time…
