How can Tx Tech take all the heat they did given that Cincinnati knew about this apparently for at least a couple of years? Say what you will about them but they never broke any rules, they just got stuck with a portal recruit who had a history they knew nothing about. Cincinnati clearly wanted to stick it to Tx Tech because their players transferred there.
