Pete Rose shares tons of baseball knowledge with A-Rod and Frank Thomas. It’s a 6 minute video, but I promise you, it’s the best thing you’ll see about Pete Rose today.

Player wants to get better..
Forgets to record videos or it's too much work
That checks out.. No wonder you have slower progress
RECORD YOURSELF HITTING SO IT CAN GET REVIEWED
- The high level hitters..I gotta ask them to not send as much

“Don’t Feel Sorry” for the athletes that choose the Mt Hood Saints. We are blessed with amazing facilities and no doubt have the best gym in the NWAC. Here is some of the work from the Yoshida Center this week. #oslundnext

HS Baseball Players ⚾️
YOU will go 0-3 A LOT
YOU will make errors
YOU will have bad outings
BASEBALL is a game of failure. Learn that NOW. Don't accept it, but understand it.
How YOU respond to the failures will make ALL the difference 💯

Javy Baez‘s falloff needs to be studied.
He was the coolest player in the game, then lost all his aura in Detroit…

Barry Bonds dropping serious hitting knowledge. Regardless of how you feel about him, the man knows how to hit.

You should be working on your arm strength consistently because it is definitely a difference maker. Obviously, the harder you throw the ball, the quicker it’s going to get to the target.
But if you’re too slow and/or inaccurate, it doesn’t matter how hard you throw it.

You know whats underrated? Collegiate Club Baseball.
I know those players have no future in baseball, but its hard to beat that experience.
Imagine traveling around to BIG 10 schools every weekend with your buddies, playing a 3 game series and partying at night. Epic.
No 6:30am weights
No coach breathing down your neck
No study hall
No politics
Just pure baseball!
If you want to extend your playing career, just know that Collegiate Club Ball is a good option which doesnt get enough talk.
The competition is actually fairly decent - you'll see 80mph+ almost always. It's well run with playoffs and national championships and just all around FUN!
