Dear @espn @SCNext Why can’t we get two Mobile-area schools on a nationally televised high school football game? Vigor vs. Williamson would be one of the most talent-rich matchups in the Southeast. That’s SIX SEC commits on the field, plus several other Power Four-level prospects. Vigor features: Texas EDGE commit Jabarrius Garror Auburn LB commit Isaac McNeil Kentucky DB commit Miguel Wilson WR Zy Wilson (multiple offers) DL Cameron Williams (multiple offers) Williamson features: Florida LB commit Ellis McGaskin Oklahoma DB commit Jaylen Scott Mississippi State DB commit Julian McDonald Demarcus Dale-Brown (multiple offers) Captain Munnerlyn Jr. (multiple offers) Reginald Ward (multiple offers) Jakenyon Allen (multiple offers) The question is simple: If this exact matchup happened in Texas or Georgia, would it already be on TV? Mobile has elite talent. It’s time the Gulf Coast got the national spotlight it deserves.
