"There is nothing wrong with having tendencies.
Anything you do well is going to have a certain level of predictability... Make your opponent prove they can stop a strength before you change what you do just to go against your tendencies.
A world of difference exists between being predictable because you are unaware of a tendency and doing what you do best."

Congratulations to @raisingcanes Coach of the Week, Bryan Bippert from Lytle HS!🎉 You make us #THSCAProud!
5 ways to honor God in your sport.
1. Compete with effort, not laziness.
“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.” — Colossians 3:23
2. Stay humble in wins and losses.
“God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.” — James 4:6
3. Control your attitude and emotions.
“A person without self-control is like a city broken into.” — Proverbs 25:28
4. Encourage teammates instead of tearing them down.
“Encourage one another and build each other up.” — 1 Thessalonians 5:11
5. Remember your identity is bigger than sports.
“Seek first His kingdom.” — Matthew 6:33

I am extremely excited and grateful for the opportunity to accept the Head Softball position at Lytle ISD.
This program will be centered around a T.E.A.M. First culture — a culture where we prepare with purpose, compete with toughness, hold each other accountable, and understand that every player, every role, and every moment matters.
Our standard will be built on the 1-0 mentality: focusing on what is right in front of us, attacking each day with purpose, and earning progress one rep, one practice, and one game at a time.
I am thankful for the opportunity to lead, serve, and grow with our student-athletes, families, school, and community.
Let’s get to work.

SPONSORED BY BEXAR EYE CARE: Playoff wins used to be rare for Lytle baseball. But after beating Poth Fri they've reached R3 in back-to-back years for the 1st time ever. I was at their R2 series to see how they've grown & caught up w/3B Juan Patlan & 2B Damian Barco afterwards.
