There is no such thing as a perfect Team Culture.
Team Culture is ongoing.
Culture is Every Day.
A Winning Culture is about addressing issues that are not up to the standard as they occur.
A Losing Culture ignores issues.

My least favorite Chiefs games to watch are when they have less than a touchdown lead with four-ish minutes and need to ice the game with a couple first downs.

Having a high school kicker that consistently puts the ball in the end zone on kick offs is an absolute game changer

A Black man doing what they do. This is what Diddy could’ve been doing instead of using money for drugs and sex. ijs. 🤷🏽♀️

I’ll never understand guys who coach high school football ranting about this college coach needs to be fired but they get angry when it’s done to them locally. We all do the same job, just on a different scale. We all have families. Lives. We are humans. Just baffles me
the best thing about today is that the Chiefs pulled off a win even though they looked out of sorts most of the day. Defense is still great, Butker is great.
O will get better and we are somehow 2-0

Pressure is a privilege. Most people sit in the audience. Few get to be on stage.
