The inferred accusations in his rant below are dangerous on several fronts: From implying the #Eagles starting quarterback may be quitting on his team, to Hurts may be overstating an injury since it’s “superficial,” to assuming Hurts' injury doesn’t need vigilant monitoring for progression in severity because it’s “superficial” —all the while telling us to google it because Hurts' clot is only "superficial."
Well beyond just Google, I conferred with a medical expert who used to be a prominent doctor in a major city hospital.
In general, a superficial blood clot is not entirely isolated from the deeper venous system, and can potentially progress to a deep vein thrombosis through a few specific mechanisms.

Aries Spears says the NBA 2K27 patch was supposed to fix everything… but the game is still absolute trash. Players moving like they on ice skates, dunks bouncing off the back of the rim, and pick-and-rolls that take forever. He says it needs a new patch that brings the gameplay back to how it was in 2K12–2K17.

At this point, 2K should just package the Cronus Zen and sell it with the game since it seems like everybody is cheating.
If you're going to patch the game and make it easier, just let everybody cheat since y'all aren't banning the cheaters.

I’ve come to realize something : why should I even care about people cheating on NBA 2K when 2K , it’s developers , and the company itself clearly aren’t doing anything about it ? People are openly cheating , streaming it LIVE on TikTok , Twitch and YouTube , practically exposing themselves for everyone to see , yet they’re still playing without any consequences . No bans , no suspensions , nothing . At this point , what’s the incentive to play fair when the people breaking the rules face absolutely no accountability ? It’s getting to the point where you might as well cheat , too , because apparently , 2K has no problem letting these people continue ruining the game for everyone else .

Nick Sirianni should thank Jalen Hurts every day for keeping him employed. Hurts has masked so many of the Eagles' flaws offensively. If we’re keeping it a buck, without Hurts they would be 0-5 like the Chargers.
