Fun couple weeks watching Chase check off a goal and it’s alittle more special playing center wearing #62. Can’t help but think Cole is looking down on him. One of the best I have ever been around. Incredible on and off the field, great teammate, leader and role model.#RestEasyCP

Here are some results from Chase Dittenber training with us this Summer.
Training 4x per week and didn’t do anything specific running/speed training.
Chase only lifted.
…..And we still saw impressive speed, lateral agility, and explosive power results.

A parent should sleep peacefully at night knowing your program will grow their child — not just as an athlete, but as a man.

High school sports are so much more than wins and losses.
They’re where you discover grit, perseverance, and what it means to be part of something bigger than yourself.
Every practice, every game, every teammate; these moments shape you for life’s toughest challenges.

Most HS athletes won’t play beyond HS. That’s why programs should be built for all kids, not just the few who’ll move on. The lessons, memories & growth should belong to everyone who wears the jersey. Build environments where all feel valued—HS sports should be about HS athletes!

Not the ending we hoped for, but it doesn’t change the pride in this journey.
What these young men achieved over the past 7 months and 3 days is incredible.
Huge thanks to the WAVERLY COMMUNITY for showing up strong and supporting these kids. You made today unforgettable.
