Coaches: Would you get 3 Yes's from your athletes when asked...
Do you trust your coach?
Is your coach committed to excellence?
Does your coach truly care about you?
Those are 3 Yes's more important than W's (and lead to more W's too 😉).
A very big congratulations goes out to Jade Tough on her committment to @CS_Tigers_SB for 2028! Could not be more proud of you! #GoTigers #TigerPride 🧡💙

One final huddle with the whole Northern Force family — our athletes and coaches all together. Our last practice of the season, but these bonds and memories will carry us right into summer.
Proud is an understatement — I’ll be these young ladies’ biggest fan for the rest of their careers. Thank you for buying in, trusting the process, and showing up to work every single day this winter.
It’s been an honour to grow alongside all of you. ❤️🤍💙

All winter long, our pitchers & catchers have put in work on refining their craft, building their routines, and learning through every rep. Today marks a wrap on bullpens for the off-season, and we couldn’t be more excited to see this group take the field this season.
The work is done. Now it’s time to watch these athletes compete!🔥
Wrapped up our final offseason bullpen session with pitchers ball flight data today.
Closed it out on the Rapsodo — final numbers are in, and the growth is clear.
The best learn from self-analyzing. This group did exactly that.
“My goal for every athlete I've ever coached is that they'll know that I loved them & my hope is that when they get older they’ll realize that those of us who demanded their best, were also the ones who cared about them the most.” - Lisle
Special shout out to our U14 @NorthernForceFP team for making a run on Sunday and coming out on top as Silver Bracket Champions!
Super proud of the growth this team has shown this year. So many great things are ahead for these athletes! ❤️🤍💙
Spent the weekend in Georgia, with this great group of @NorthernForceFP athletes! A U16 team, playing up in a competitive U18 division, finished tied for fifth out of 30 teams — quite impressive. I’ve had a blast coaching this group for the last seven months. I can’t wait to watch them take the field with their club teams this summer. ❤️🤍💙
Great day, spent with great people at @CS_Tigers_SB ! Thank you @BlytheG11 and @Brandon14Carr for allowing our 2009 and 2011 athletes to experience your great facilities! Got some great work in ahead of the PGF March Madness event this weekend! Let the games behind!

The prep work never stops! Behind the scenes with @NorthernForceFP as our 2009 & 2011 teams head to PGF March Madness in Dalton, GA this weekend. Ready for a big one 🔥🥎 #BringTheForce

What these athletes are building goes far beyond the field. The discipline, the late nights, the commitment to doing the little things right even when it’s hard… it all adds up.
3.8 Team GPA 📚
We are so proud of these well-rounded student-athletes and their dedication to being their best possible self, both on and off of the field!

What a weekend, and I’m not even talking about the wins!
I’m talking about the growth. The adjustments. The conversations between innings. The way they responded when things didn’t go perfectly. The way they competed pitch after pitch.
So many learning reps. So many moments we’ll build on.
This group is different. They’re coachable, they’re tough, and they’re starting to understand what the accountability actually feels like.
Proud of them — and, that’s an understatement! 💙🤍❤️
