Seen a video of a certain rapper reppin 30s on the flat bench. So threw on some Kendrick and tried to take 40s for a spin on incline 😏 Love the progressive plyo work and gym time with dad.

Focused on form, hitting depth, cleaner reps, and still moving good numbers. Getting stronger and better one rep at a time!

Had a great pitching performance for our last tournament of the season. Couldn’t find gaps hitting wise, but my team backed me up!

To say I’m proud is an understatement. We played up in a 16U tournament and went 7–3, fighting through 5 games Saturday to earn our spot on Sunday. We came up short, but this tournament proved how much we have all improved in this game!!!
