Dude has topped out at 89 this year- absolutely slinging it. Crazy jump from upper 70s in one year. Work ethic off the charts.
He’s a two-way, multi-sport guy who is just an athlete. Period. Hard worker, great student, solid and reliable performer. @keyesharbin is an #uncommitted2026 who could help your team! #devineboys
The Pilgrims originally believed that the communal system was the correct way by God. When reality set in and they saw the injustice occurring (2 Thess 3:10), they realized it went against their created nature. The surplus directly led to the feast with the purpose to praise God
Did you ever learn how socialism stole the first Thanksgiving?
The Pilgrims first tried a socialist system where they shared fields, shared food, equal rations.
But Bradford wrote in his journal that the young men “complained that they should work for other men’s wives and children without any recompense.”
Communal property, he said, “bred much confusion and discontent and retarded much employment.”
The results?
They planted only 26 acres of crops… and people starved.
So Bradford switched to a capitalist system - private family plots. This allowed every family to keep the fruits of the labor.
The result?
The next year they planted 184 acres—7× more food! More than enough for everyone, including the needy.
Freedom works.

Analog teaching still wins where it matters.
Print reading boosts comprehension, handwriting strengthens thinking, and focused discussion deepens understanding: all backed by decades of cognitive science. You don’t need a device to build knowledge. You need books, pencils and high-quality talk.
In a world obsessed with digital solutions, the fundamentals are still the most powerful tools we have.
How might your teaching change if you stripped it back to what actually works?
“The highest glory of the American Revolution was this: it connected, in one indissoluble bond, the principles of civil government with the principles of Christianity.” -John Quincy Adams
CLAIM: "America was founded as a SECULAR nation that didn't favor Christianity"
TRUTH: 1) You have to ignore an *avalanche* of primary-source evidence to believe this.
2) In 1854 a secular group protested that the US government was too Christian, and demanded the secularization of the public square.
The House Judiciary Committee vehemently rejected their protest, and said the following...
(this is gonna blow your mind)
"Had the people, during the Revolution, had suspicion of any attempt to war against Christianity, that Revolution would have been strangled in its cradle. At the time of the adoption of the Constitution and the amendments, the universal sentiment was that Christianity should be encouraged, not any one denomination...
In this age there can be no substitute for Christianity. That, in its general principles, is the great conservative element on which we must rely for the purity and permanence of free institutions."
FURTHER: Here's the United States Judiciary Committee in 1853...
"We are Christians, not because the law demands it, not to gain exclusive benefits or to avoid legal disabilities, but from choice and education; and in a land thus universally Christian, what is to be expected - what desired - but that we shall pay a due regard to Christianity?"
EVEN FURTHER: Here's the United States House of Representatives in 1856...
"The great and vital conservative element in our system is the belief of our people in the pure doctrines and Divine truths of the Gospel of Jesus Christ."

“Diversity is not your strength. Your strength is your unity of purpose, your shared mission, your love of country”
“Citizenship, after all, is not an entitlement; it requires work. Yet too many citizens of republics … come to believe that they deserve rights without assuming responsibilities- and they don’t worry how or why or from whom they inherited their privileges.”@VDHanson

"I'm scared of deadlifts" or "I hurt myself when I do them" = 100x more reason to do them
IMO necessary read for anyone involved in the youth baseball space. "Arm care programs focusing on full body strength and ROM maintenance are likely more advantageous for injury prevention..." #ArmCare #YouthPitching pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/article…
1. Off-Season Programming:
You should be answering questions you'll have in JAN in JUN. Similar to planning any TRNG exercise, plan and develop COAs. Just like a PT plan, it helps to physically do the off-season workouts and throwing program you plan before you execute.
