As a mentor / coach I only bring water to the team. As an athlete you choose to drink or not. Fyi . decision may be made based on how thirsty you are. 😉
Proud of you buddy.

Is T-spine mobility your limiting factor for hip-shoulder separation?
Here's a simple test that can give you a general idea if mobility is a limiting factor for you.🎥⬇️
General buckets:
1. <45 degrees: very stiff
2. 45-60 degrees: stiff
3. 60-75 degrees: mobile
4. 75+ degrees: very mobile
Buckets 1 & 2 generally benefit from some attention here, and there's no harm in some basic t-spine maintenance work if you fall in buckets 3/4 either.
We are looking to round out arms at @cuwarriorball - DM me if you are an uncommitted HS 2025 or Juco. @FlatgroundApp @BUncommitted
This kid is gonna be a Dude in the MLB. Keep an eye on Seattle Mariners Danery Meyer.

Most Players have horrible mobility.
So, I turned to the science behind building mobility.
What I found?
The 5 step ATG Mobility Routine (to increase throwing velocity):
A proper warm-up is the foundation of a successful pitching performance. Dynamic warm-ups not only prepare your body but also reduce the risk of injury. Here's how to set the stage for success: 🧵👇
A dynamic warm-up sharpens your focus, activates key muscle groups, and prepares your body for the demands of pitching. Skip the static stretches until after your session—save those for recovery!
Finish with Controlled Throws: Gradually build up your intensity with easy tosses, working your way to full-speed throws.
Focus on Shoulder and Arm Mobility: Use resistance bands for external/internal rotations, pull-aparts, and overhead stretches to activate your arm muscles.
Add Rotational Drills: Exercises like torso twists or medicine ball rotations simulate the motion of pitching, priming your core and back for explosive movements.
Incorporate Dynamic Stretches:
Arm circles: Small to large rotations to activate your shoulders.
Leg swings: Forward and sideways to loosen your hips and hamstrings.
Walking lunges: To stretch your legs and activate your core.
Start with Full-Body Movement: Engage in light jogging, jumping jacks, or a dynamic stretch routine to increase blood flow and loosen up your muscles.
Focus on Your Follow-Through
Your follow-through is crucial for maintaining control, velocity, and reducing strain on your arm. A smooth and consistent finish can make all the difference in your delivery. Here's how to improve:
