That’s a wrap on 2026 Elite Camps! What a Summer. So grateful to all the players and their families that took the time to come and experience our program and W&L first hand. Special thank you to our amazing assistant @BrittStawo and our players turned coaches for providing a first-class experience. This weekend further solidified just how special this place is because of the people we have in it! #mudita #gogenerals

Ten days out from our final elite camp sessions! We truly use the evaluations to make our official offers and a lot of our current roster attended a camp or two! If you’re really interested in W&L/being recruited we WANT YOU THERE! Only a few spots left for both sessions ⏳

After spending a great weekend on the road, I have one thing to share: I want players who COMPETE at every point of the game, including warmups. I will not recruit players that are “taking plays off” or watching the ball hit the floor without laying out for it. We want DOGS!

That mentality and the passion you play with aren’t coachable. I found myself circling recruits that played like that on both ends of the floor time and time again. My hot take: being nonchalant is out and trying to “win” every possession is in. #gogenerals #mudita #dogs

See you this weekend! I’ll be kicking it off back in MA tomorrow for the NEPSAC Showcase. Might even be bringing a new assistant recruiting coordinator with me - hint, he he LOVES the Gennies. 👀 #gogenerals #mudita
