Thanks for stopping by @cabada_d. We appreciate you coming and sitting down with players. Maybe we'll see some of them playing at @firestormfb soon.

This kid is getting better every week. Expecting him to have a big second half of the season.

Love it! One of, if not the best, to ever coach this game.
Nick Saban - Tite Front Defensive Philosophy
"I do think Mint (Tite Front) is a better way to play most runs, especially in spread. I think you force the ball to the apex players. I think it's a better way to play split safety coverage because you don't have to worry about gap deficiencies because you're playing inside-out with the nose and 4i's."
That's our guy! @lohsfootball players are truly blessed to have this man as their Offensive Line coach. A true example of commitment and dedication. We want him back soon but would be happier if he didn't return because he's playing in the @NFL. Keep grinding Cohl! #HWPO
Got a chance to catch up with a former @ASUFootball standout who is playing in the @TheUFL.

As punishment for beating @USABaseball, I think the @Angels should not let #Ohtani play for them anymore. In fact, trade him to the @Dodgers for a prospect and draft pick. That'll show him. #WBC2003 #USAvsJapan #GoDodgers #BleedBlue

LOHS football is looking for 4-5 coaches to finalize its staff.
Varsity(2) - Inside Linebackers and Receivers
Frosh(2-3) - Coaches that will help install the program's values and system. Must be someone who enjoys the process of developing young football players.
DM if interested

McKennon could have spent the rest of his life telling his children and grandchildren about the time he scored a touchdown in the superbowl. I'm sure he has dreamed of that moment since he was a child, and knows he may never get the opportunity again. Instead, with 1 min left, he chose to sacrifice that accomplishment to better the chances that all of his teammates get a ring. I will always be a fan. This is a picture that should be put up in every high school gym in the country.
