Strong all-around skill set. Offensively, his compact, balanced swing generates consistent line-drive contact, making him a tough out at the plate.

How do you Kill a Team Culture?
Drip by Drip…
- Skip reps
- Show up late
- Blame others
- Take-off plays
- Negative energy
- No accountability
- Sloppy in practice
- No team cohesion
- No communication
- Bad body language
- Complain about calls
Don't be a culture killer.

You've come a long way from where u started but u still have a long way to go within this journey. You don't have time to look back now, time to pat yourself on the back or time to enjoy the fruits of your labor. All u have time for is proper planning so u can continue to soar & establish new dreams & goals. Let's go! #CoachPrime

High School 2 Sports (Baseball-Football). Don't juggle football and baseball in the fall...give 100% to football, your football coaches and teammates. Playing FB is helping your baseball and you may not even know it.

College Freshman
1. Pick the right kids on the team to hang around
2. DO NOT get involved with the party crowd
3. Get to sleep at a reasonable time every night
4. Don't go home until Thanksgiving if school isn't in your hometown/area (plant roots and make new friends)
5. Do more than expected, be engaged and earn respect with work ethic and maturity
Remember, nobody cares what you did in HS/Travel Ball, if you were drafted or who scouted you. You're starting over. You have to earn respect.

Are you even a Coach if you don’t consistently wear your teams gear and have your wife or significant other roll their eyes when you go to put it on 😂😂😂 – at Concord, NC

Showcases do NOT help players one bit that don't have tools to showcase. Coaches at showcases are looking for POWER bats, POWER arms, POWER breaking balls, ADVANCED actions defensively, ELECTRIC runners. Showcases aren't for the undersized or under tooled.
