congrats coach!
Congrats to @GamecockWBB and Coach @DawnStaley on a perfect season and their third title! It's been an incredible year for women's basketball, and this team was so disciplined and talented. Well deserved.
Love this !
Alabama is headed to its first Final Four in program history...and an important reason why: Oats' emphasis on +EV shot selection.
Through tonight, the Tide have attempted just two total mid-range jumpers in four tournament games (17' to 3PT).
Only 87 of Alabama's 1,250+ 2FGAs are from outside of the paint. 11 of those attempts are from this tournament. Their 3.6% mid-range attempt rate is the third-lowest in college basketball.
Here is tonight's shot chart. It's beautiful. (That missed shot was a short-clock toss-up by Estrada at 4:12 in the 2H.)
It’s been a pleasure to read all of the articles celebrating Lisa’s 30 years at the helm!

Truly appreciated an article that highlights the remarkable accomplishments of an amazing coach- and gets their facts right. After setting new standards for @GreenWaveWBB it is only fitting that Lisa decided when and how she would retire #MyCoach #RollWave – at Charlotte, NC
