I don’t care what anyone says @DomReyes is the baddest man in the UFC. Could’ve packed it in after he was ROBBED against Jon Jones. Went on to lose 3 straight, for a 4 fight losing streak, and still didn’t pack it in. The MFer just kept working! Rattled off 3 straight wins when he was completely written off by the organization. But real fans knew who he was. Now he’s won 4 of his last 5 with this LEFT HAND BOMB from the Shadow Realm. And is back in the Lightheavy driver seat. I feel like not enough people realize the mindset it takes to make this happen. Dom could’ve been just another name. Instead, he decided to build his name. He realized that fame is when people know you, and notoriety is when people know your work. He dug in and found out how deep he could go. I see your work big Dom! Keep making that name notorious!!🔥

Instead of worrying about the spec in someone else’s eye maybe you should worry about the plank sticking out of your own.😲🧠

“Why are there Bad Bosses? Because toxic leadership doesn’t always want solutions. Sometimes it wants agreement. It wants people who nod along in meetings, protect fragile egos, avoid uncomfortable conversations, and make leadership feel like every bad decision was brilliant. Meanwhile, the people who actually care enough to point out problems become “negative.” The people trying to improve the workplace become “difficult.” The people holding everything together become “too opinionated.” The people telling the truth become a threat. That’s how toxic workplaces lose the exact employees they should be fighting to keep. Because when a company values obedience more than competence, the people who fix problems eventually get tired of being treated like they are the problem.”
