Yesterday at around 10am while I was locked up in my apartment in my kibbutz, Terrorists uploaded live footage from my mum’s דיקלה ערבה Facebook showing that Hamas are holding my family as hostages!!!! You can see all of them sitting frightened and getting instructions from the Hamas terrorists and Noam Alikim, my mums partner has a bad leg injury that I fear he has not received any medical help. In the continuation of the live telecast, you can see my little brother, Tomer Arava, led by the terrorist to other houses in the Kibbutz so that he can speak in Hebrew and tell the families to open the Security Room. Whoever did not open they shot at them. The live broadcast is 30 minutes long and posted on Social networks while at the same time we have alerted the army and police but nothing was done. There is no response from them or any other formal authority. From yesterday, we lost contact with them and there are images of the young girls in Aza everywhere. I’m begging you for help. אתמול בשעה 10:00 בזמן שאני נצורה לבד בדירה בקיבוץ, מחבלים העלו לייב מהפייסבוק של אמא שלי דיקלה ערבה בו רואים שהחמאס מחזיקים את משפחתי כבני ערובה!!!!!
רואים את כולם יושבים מבועתים, מקבלים הוראות מאנשי החמאס ונועם אליקים, בן הזוג של אמא שלי, עם פציעה קשה ברגל ואני חוששת שלא קיבל שום טיפול רפואי!!
בהמשך הלייב רואים את אחי הקטן, תומר ערבה, מובל על ידי מחבלים לבתים אחרים בקיבוץ כדי שיגיד בעברית למשפחות לפתוח את דלת הממ"ד, מי שלא פתח פשוט ירו בו!!!!!!
סרטון לייב באורך חצי שעה פורסם ברשתות החברתיות בו בעת עדכנו את המשטרה ואת הצבא אך לא נעשה כלום בנידון!!!

Stupid ways to compensate programmers:
I've seen every single one of these. They backfire and make working for your company a living hell.
Pay your developers by the number of bugs they close. After a week, they will start committing bugs on purpose so they can fix them a day later.
Pay your developers by the number of features they deliver. After a week, nobody will want to work on anything that takes more than a few minutes to complete.
Pay your developers by the number of lines of code they write. After a week, you'll get triple spaces between every line of code.
Pay your developers by the number of commits they make. After a week, your repository will become more useless than a screen door on a submarine.
Pay your developers based on the reviews from their peers. After a week, you'll have a hostile environment, backstabbing, and politics.
During the British rule in India, the government wanted to reduce the cobra population. They offered a reward for every dead cobra.
Some people saw this as an opportunity to profit. They started breeding cobras to kill them and collect the reward.
The British government had to stop the program. With no reward to collect, farmers set the snakes free, making the infestation much worse.
Be careful what you wish for. You might get it.
