Top Tip for Feet - Rotate your shoes. Try not to wear the same shoes two days in a row. This will allow them to dry out and reduce the chances of developing a fungal infection.

Top Tip for Feet - Always cut your nails straight across and not down at the corners. This can lead to ingrown toenails. I f you have trouble seeing your feet, trying filing your toenails twice a week instead. A podiatrist can assist you with your footcare including nailcare.

⚠️ Very concerned at the number of people coming to Cornwall for a holiday to self-isolate. We have ONE HOSPITAL for the whole of the county & are already stretched. An influx of people here will compromise every aspect of the system. PLEASE heed advice and stay away. 🙏

Taking care of #RoyalBabyFeet, by allowing them to be free of socks and coverings, to allow active movement and develop the muscles by kicking and wriggling. Only wear shoes or socks if it is cold outside, otherwise let them go #barefooted. #PodsFixFeet #Leyton #podiatry
