By advancing 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐬 (𝐈𝐀𝐌𝐬) and modelling tools, 𝐂𝐇𝐎𝐈𝐂𝐄 helped better integrate food-system choices with 𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘥, 𝘤𝘭𝘪𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘦, 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘵𝘩 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘴𝘰𝘤𝘪𝘦𝘵𝘢𝘭 𝘰𝘶𝘵𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘴, giving stakeholders new ways to explore how food-system changes could play out in the future. 🖥️ 𝐅𝐄𝐋𝐢𝐗 gained a new web-based Interactive Simulation Environment and a regional version to explore food-related scenarios and regional differences. 🌱 𝐆𝐋𝐎𝐁𝐈𝐎𝐌 was enhanced with a health module and consumer heterogeneity, helping represent socio-economic and demographic differences and link dietary change with public health outcomes. 📊 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐀𝐁𝐋𝐄 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 was enhanced with improved consumer representation, climate impacts on key crops and a spatial module for exploring land-use changes and associated greenhouse gas emissions. Its results were also made accessible through interactive dashboards for stakeholders in Greece, Spain and South Africa. 🌍 Three years of CHOICE: A journey of research, innovation and climate-conscious action! 🌱 💡 How can we better understand the choices shaping our food systems and support a more sustainable future?
