Think about it- Every time you drive, every time you use your phone, and every time you a use computer- You're using electronics. What will be of that technology in the future? The growing source of e-waste in the environment. Think before your actions- prolong your electronics.

How can I reduce my E-waste? 1) Preserve the lifespan of your electronics 2) Recycle your e-waste Many electronics stores (BestBuy, Staples, Verizon) will accept drop-off e-waste 3) Donate and volunteer with e-waste organizations It is never too late to make an impact. #ewaste

However, e-waste in landfills is only the tip of the iceberg. E-waste, when not handled properly, can make its way into other countries where it is burned for its valuable materials. This can ultimately result in neurological and psychological damage - even death. #climatechange

About 60 million tons of e-waste are created annually, and only 20% are properly recycled. These materials, when left for prolonged periods of time, can release chemicals that can damage our food sources, water sources, and even air sources. #climatechange
