Clouds have been the biggest uncertainty in global climate models since the 1970's. A small uncertainty in cloud cover and other cloud characteristics swamps the radiative signal from increasing CO2.

New study: Though clouds "are the largest moderator of Earth's radiation budget," NASA's models of the cloud capacity to alter solar radiation diverge from observations by 18.8 W/m². This models-versus-observations discrepancy is 94x larger than 10 years of accumulated clear-sky-only CO2 impacts (0.2 W/m² per Feldman et al., 2015). sciopen.com/local/article_pd… NASA has previously admitted cloud impacts are so large and uncertain models "must be improved about a hundredfold in accuracy" to detect a human or CO2 impact on climate. isccp.giss.nasa.gov/role.htm…

Los Angeles “extreme heat” reality check: The highest temperature recorded each year at the official LA/LAX station has NOT been increasing. The hottest year in this series? 1963: 110°F. Other scorchers: 1955: 108°F 1988: 106°F 1978 & 2010: 105°F 2017: 104°F This is NOAA-backed station data. Yes, climate changes... but the annual hottest temperature in Los Angeles is not increasing. Data beats headlines.

Ever? The claim that Europe wasn't as warm as today before industrial CO₂ isn't supported as a blanket statement by the evidence. Tree rings. Alpine glaciers. Vineyard records. Lake sediments. Historical documents. They all show that parts of Europe experienced warmth exceeding 20th-century temperatures during the Medieval Warm Period, when CO₂ was about 280 ppm.
JUST IN🚨: Today was the hottest day ever recorded in France, breaking the record set just yesterday.

The more wind and solar you install, the higher your prices go. The data is well documented and quite straightforward.

Claims that today’s warming is ‘10× faster’ fall apart when you look at actual Earth history. At the end of the last ice age, sea levels rose over 30 meters in just a few thousand years... far faster than anything observed today. That’s an Earth system responding rapidly to natural warming. Today? Sea level rise is measured in millimeters per year. If anything, the evidence shows modern change is roughly an order of magnitude slower than major past climate transitions… not faster.
Dude never mentions that current warming is occurring roughly 10 times faster than the average rate of ice-age-recovery warming. Then says efforts to bring about a just energy transition is “immoral” 🙄

New RBC report: between 2015-2024, more than $1 trillion in investment exited Canada—the largest capital exodus in Canadian history. Six sectors where Canada can attract back investment: Oil and gas ➡️  $705 billion Electricity ➡️ $635 billion  Mining ➡️ $200 billion Agriculture and food processing ➡️ $205 billion  Defence and space ➡️ $30 billion Read the full report here: lnkd.in/e3gbwvKk

Activists have claimed for years that #climate change caused by fossil fuels puts our food supply under grave threat. Ironically, the #Iran war has revealed that lack of access to fossil fuels poses a much greater global food challenge. My new op-ed: nypost.com/2026/04/13/opinio…

Climate lawfare industry is barely on life support. Yet another frivolous (and poorly written) case blows up on the launch pad -- this time by Maryland Supreme Court: nytimes.com/2026/03/24/clima… “No amount of creative pleading can masquerade the fact that the local governments are attempting to utilize state law to regulate global conduct that is purportedly causing global harm,” Justice Brynja M. Booth wrote in the decision.

There are no high solar & wind, low cost nations You are told that solar and wind are cheap But cramming in more solar and wind just makes electricity more and more costly because solar and wind are worthless when not sunny and windy iea.org/data-and-statistics/… You can see all the references in my Twitter thread: xitter.cf/BjornLomborg/status/20…
The cheap green lie You are told that solar and wind are cheap But you need near-100% backup when no sun or wind, paying for two systems Data for 2024 shows that cramming in more solar and wind makes electricity overall more and more costly iea.org/data-and-statistics/…

The New York Times is upset that EPA Administraor Lee Zeldin will be speaking at the Heartland Institute / CFACT co-sponsored climate conference next month [that I am also speaking at]. The Times asserts that we “contradict decades of established science” about there being a “climate crisis.” Funny thing is, there is no consensus on whether there is or isn’t a “climate crisis” in the scientific community or literature. Just because global warming may be [mostly] man-made doesn’t mean that it is an existential threat. Nuance is evidently difficult for the low-IQ writers at the New York Times.

“In an act of gross geopolitical hara-kiri, Britain’s output of electricity is down 25 per cent since 2004. We slashed North Sea oil and gas and refused to frack. Modern warfare is all about technology, manufacturing and logistics, and that requires cheap and plentiful power.” @AllisterHeath

Experts say.
A widespread transition to renewable energy could mitigate a major cause of international conflict in a future that moves away from fossil fuels, energy and climate change experts told ABC News. Read more: abcnews.link/Jb4QZLu

CO₂ levels remained stable for 3 million years as the planet cooled into the Ice Age. The Pleistocene CO₂-temperature relationship, which convinced scientists that CO₂ drives the climate, is actually the exception, not the rule. nature.com/articles/s41586-0… sciencealert.com/something-e…
