@ring_uk Hi, my ring alarm has never sent push notifications but my 8 ring cameras are. Moreover I can not see any evidence of the 3G backup. No strength bar visible. Can you please suggest what I can do to rectify. On plus plan. Email alerts work. Thanks Gary – at Marple, England

@HiveHelper Hi, 10 TRV’s installed/calibrated for one week. None open valve within one hour of HOD. Horrendous waste gas/power, currently not fit for purpose. Great hardware let down by poor firmware. Can the operation be changed? Otherwise will return within the 14 day period. – at Marple, England

I went ahead with this purchase after one of your hive helpers assured me that they do work.
Am I to conclude from my own experience and of that of so many others that these devices are so fundamentally flawed the only option is to have a malfunctioning high cost central heating system or return the products for a refund? Please respond
Can your Dev personnel not see that even 5-15 minutes is 5-15 minutes too long to open a radiator valve when commanded. Even that would be an improvement on an hour to never. These are advertised on your site as cost saving devices.
