Your subscription had canceled at 6.45pm 18th Aug 1hr before you sent your support ticket, your only option was to follow those instructions & start a new subscription.
No existing subscribers were informed as the price change only applied to new subs, your support ticket was auto replied to with "To check your RESTRICTION or SUBSCRIPTION status, click the menu/www link or the shield tick icon at the top of our apps report results pages"
The subscription payment failing, auto canceled the subscription, the old subscription cannot be restarted
You cannot restart or change card details on a canceled subscription, you can only start a new subscription.
You were informed of the price before you started a new subscription, existing subscribers are unaffected by the changes we made 4 months ago
