AN ALL-TIME STORY: Everyone knows the Bill Belichick video of him ignoring little kids while walking out of the tunnel.
Those kids were wearing #Lions gear because a friend in the Detroit front office got them there, they are really Pats fans.

People are asking for my thoughts on Shillerâs comments in this informative article from @NewsLambert. Here goes:
Shiller: âIt has been about 10 years of steady growth in home prices. But it may be coming to an end.â
My comment: Couldnât agree more. We will be returning to a more normal appreciation rate of between 3.5-4% annually.
Shiller: âPart of what's happening in the increase in home prices is just seasonal.â
My comment: Again, couldnât agree more. I started posting this graph weeks ago showing the normal seasonality of home values historically.
Later today, after the latest Case Shiller home price report is released I will post a new graph comparing these numbers to the craziness of last year and the return to more normalcy this year.
