@ClearCostAg began 2.5 years ago with the vision of a transparent fertilizer market. To become the single source of truth in this opaque commodity, the business needed to advance its risk-management services into bulk logistics and finance. Heavy assets move one way, cash moves the other way, and we integrate them both in one closed-loop. This growth makes our first software obsolete and creates demand for elite skills within the company. To execute on its vision at scale, @ClearCostAg is entering a strategic investment partnership with SaskWorks Venture Fund, a @pfmcapital fund, and Motiv Ventures. We've long been saying that we're not wrong, we're just early. This partnership comes at a time when fertilizer prices are under intense scrutiny in North America. Last March, the Fertilizer Transparency Act of 2026 was introduce to the US Senate by @amyklobuchar (D-MN) and @LeaderJohnThune (R-SD). Its purpose is to publicize domestic and export manufacturer prices in the USA. Upstream of those prices, the @FTC is formally investigating fertilizer market concentration, and just yesterday the @dojphofficial and @USDA announced that new federal action of fertilizer competition is coming within weeks. Downstream of those prices, there's basis risk, counterparty risk, and liquidity issues that @ClearCostAg resolves at scale. With farm, retail, and co-op margins being squeezed by industrial-scale extraction tactics and farm bankruptcies on the rise again, Ag's costliest and riskiest input is under greater scrutiny from all angles. We're no longer early, we're right on time. In Q1 2027, @ClearCostAg will release its redeveloped trading and risk-management products across Canada and in select states. With them, anyone in the physical fertilizer market can reduce their total cost of risk and secure tonnage at any scale. We'll provide the long-overdue, brightly-lit venue that brings this commodity out of the darkness. The Ag industry needs alignment not extraction.

🚨 @ClearCostAg is now officially registered as Payment Service Provider (PSP) with the @bankofcanada under the Retail Payment Activities Act (RPAA). This marks ClearCost’s entry into Canada’s evolving payments landscape, where fintechs and specialized platforms like ours gain direct access to payment infrastructure – reducing reliance on traditional bank partnerships and enabling more efficient, competitive, affordable solutions for agribusinesses. As the first and only PSP in Canadian agriculture, we’re now subject to enhanced obligations for operations risk management and safeguarding end-user funds, which provides our users with greater certainty that ClearCost’s security operations protect their funds. This new development strengthens trust and reliability in our national platform for farm input trading and risk management. We’re thrilled to lead the modernization of payments in Canadian agriculture, and we will continue raising standards for our industry and nation. Onward and upward.
