Please try adding CleanShot manually to Login items in System Settings.

Hey! You can access it by choosing "Record Screen" from CleanShot menu, then you'll see "Record in Studio Mode" button.

It seems that the updates on your license expired and the last version that you have access to is 4.5.2. If you would like to renew your license to get access to 5.0, simply select the "Check for Updates..." option in the menu bar and there will be a button to do that. 🙌
