Steve Sarkisian praises Jeff Traylor and his commitment as a head coach in the G6 ranks: "The level of consistency that he's had at UTSA since he's taken that program over. You know, they believe in a certain style of play, they play that style, and then they recruit to that style with the understanding that he's probably going to lose his best players at the end of every year, or some of them. I mean, Trey Moore played for us for two years coming from UTSA. We just played a receiver from Ohio State, McCuin, that was a receiver at UTSA last year and is now starting for Ohio State. Those are just to name a few. But the level of consistency in which Coach Traylor does it, and then the style in which they play the game, it's new faces, but the style doesn't change. And I think that that's a sign of a great leader."
