🚨 𝗡𝗘𝗪: A former Premier League executive has divulged an idea on how to apply the sanctions to Manchester City. The idea consists of removing the club an amount between 20 and 25 points in the Premier League for 3 to 5 years. This would not allow them to qualify for the Champions League in theory, and they would be stuck at a sort of 'dead zone' in the middle of the table.
