On macOS, a screenshot sits in a little floating window for a while before it shows up in its destination folder. Is there a keyboard command or other way to make it go to its destination folder immediately? I often want to drag and drop the screenshot and have to wait.

All of human civilization peaked right around my early 20s when I was partying a lot and didn't have many responsibilities. It was all downhill for human civilization after that point.

Comedians and pundits are gonna keep acting like there's some grand conspiracy when it's as simple as "Don't bully people" We all know what that means.

Debate moderators in 20 fucking 22 need to be well educated on abortion so they’ll have the info they need to push back on republicans’ outrageous claims. It’s not that hard! Damn

Has anyone figured out how to get the Apple Watch app in iOS 16 to not display "(NULL)_COMPANION"? I've been digging around in build settings and setting everything I can think of, but it remains regardless of whether there's a companion app or not.

I am dead 🤣 #gamedev #accessibility
I once had a senior dev ask me the quickest way I could make him care about game accessibility. I told him I could break his hands.

During summer, our front gate develops a squeak in the mechanism. The running joke is that if we fix it, how will we know whether we’re home or just happened to have traveled to an alternate universe?

Lots of interest in this “reset button” for your room we built @Shopify that uses @apple’s new #RoomPlan API. Here’s how we built it… 👇 🧵1/12

What makes *Dawn* so powerful is that it rejects social inevitability, the fatalistic insistence that this is as good as it can get because of "human nature." *Dawn* shows that human nature is a matter of choice, and that we can - and have - chosen all manner of relations. 23/

Microsoft, Google and Meta friends, a somber reminder, that despite the public posturing yesterday, leadership has chosen to fund the republicans for years to buy access and favors:
