Americans are openly, passionately hostile to their government actually helping its citizens. It’s an amazing magic trick the oligarchs have performed. – at Brooklyn, NY

Joe can you (1) outline a Palestinian state's borders (2) detail whether you think it can have armed defense and bilateral military alliances/trade deals with any country it wants. When people do this it becomes clear they do not want a Palestinian "state" in any meaningful sense

BREAKING: For the first time since the Iran war began, JPMorgan says it no longer has a baseline view on oil, writing "we simply don't know how to model the endgame," and that the assumption that the Middle East disruptions are temporary is "becoming increasingly difficult to sustain," per JPMorgan Global Research.
The bank says it had assumed there were economic red lines the Trump administration would be unwilling to cross, and that six months later "many of those lines have been crossed, yet the exit strategy is less clear, not more."
Chevron's CEO said this week the Great fuel crisis has officially arrived, as Trump officials continue to claim the disruption temporary.

Of course I am. But that’s not what’s causing skyrocketing gas (fyi, I’m really starting to understand why you dodge debates).
So your turn: are you in favor of continuing this war in Iran?
How about the tariff war with Canada?

New Yorkers should know whether the apartment they’re looking at is real.
That’s why we’re working to require apartment listings to clearly disclose when images and videos have been generated by AI.
Finding a home in New York is hard enough without artificially generating more problems.

BREAKING: EVERY scheduled opening act on Ed Sheeran’s Loop Tour has now withdrawn after Macklemore was dropped over his pro-Palestinian remarks.
Aaron Rowe, Lukas Graham and Finneas have all pulled out, while Sheeran’s touring band Beoga has also quit. Each cited solidarity with Macklemore, Palestinians, or opposition to artists being silenced.
Finneas has dropped out of Ed Sheeran's tour alongside fellow openers Aaron Rowe, Lukas Graham and Beoga in solidarity with Macklemore.
"Artists must not be silenced when they speak up for the oppressed.
I have decided to withdraw from my upcoming tour dates with Ed Sheeran. I stand with Palestine and its people," Finneas wrote in a statement supporting Macklemore, who was dropped from the tour after making "Free Palestine" speeches on stage.

The new WSJ report on John Fetterman is absolutely brutal:
- Canceled on 3 paralyzed veterans who traveled to DC to discuss their care, then showed up less than an hour later for a Fox News interview
- Reportedly refused meetings with constituents and lawmakers, including Pennsylvanians seeking help on Medicaid, homelessness and flood relief
- Asked why he had to meet with Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, then reportedly said they “just want free trips to DC”
- Skipped 11 of 12 full committee hearings during one stretch
- Later had aides help ensure he was marked “present” at hearings even when he reportedly stayed for a minute or less
- Backed out of a funeral for 3 slain police officers after learning it would last three hours, responding: “3 hours??”
- Stopped regularly attending caucus meetings
- Told Israel’s ambassador he would write an op-ed based on points the ambassador sent over. Embassy staff later sent drafted talking points, but Fetterman’s own staff withheld them over concerns about potential Foreign Agents Registration Act issues
- Former staffers say he increasingly prioritized conservative media appearances and Israel advocacy over basic Senate work
And yes, there are texts…
Behind closed doors, John Fetterman dodges constituents, alienates fellow Democrats and shows little interest in the work of a senator. on.wsj.com/4qUDFov
