@SW_Help @swtrains_watch #nothappy #changeoverrequest email received today from SRW - I can see that your ticket has now expired, expiry date of 28th May 2020, this does mean I can not process any Change Over as this has expired and you can no longer change your journey.
When was your Season Ticket last used? Depending on what it was last used we may be able to offer a small refund as a Gesture of Good Will, although I can not promise anything without knowing the date. @SW_Help @swtrains_watch
