A very different day at work! @AmeyLtd offers staff paid "Social Impact Days" to volunteer; my colleague organised for us to help at Heatree activity centre, hauling rotting leaves from an old swimming pool and clearing invasive laurel. A beautiful Dartmoor day & a lot of fun!

Finished "Humankind" by @rutgerbregman. It confirms by facts what I had thought was a childish opinion of mine: that most people are essentially good and decent. It explains why we are kind, how we are fooled into thinking we aren't, and what this can mean for the future. Recommended
