Looking around, making sure he's alone. And then the CP starts using a can like a hacky sack, kicking it up in the air over and over.

James is beating up a civilian who took more rations than was allowed. It involves mostly the stunstick, and some kicks to the ribs.

The stunstick is ready. Civil Protection will not be denied entry.

The CP was beginning to nod off, but shook himself awake and sighed. The anti-fatigue rations were in short supply right now, and the effects were unfortunately showing.

Sleepy CP. He's fallen asleep at his post.

With a irritated groan and a threatening activation of the stunstick, James pockets his ration and goes to investigate the can. Picking it up, he looks around for who threw it. "Can't have one break in peace can I?" He mumbled aloud.

He adjusted his stance to get slightly more relaxed for reading. The CP glanced around to make sure he wasn't gonna get caught slacking off. Once it was confirmed he was clear, he continued reading with her.

James was peeking over the woman's shoulder. He was making sure that it wasn't anything that could be considered malcompliant. But he was kind of reading along with it. After all, it had been a boring day.

A secret most don't know about CPs. They all actually just have an empty can on standby to harass civilians they don't like with.

James is focused on his ration. But he does have his stunstick at the ready in case someone tries to interrupt his break.

Looking around. The CP pull out a ration bar and leans against the nearest wall to start eating it. He is hangry at the moment.

Staring right back at her. He has his CP standard Stunstick at the ready in light of her baseball bat.

James stood on the sidewalk in the main plaza of City 17, watching civilians exit the train station. He shook his head as they began going to their designated locations. He thought to himself: "Poor souls. Probably won't have a chance to even get used to the floors creaking."
