🚨🎙️ Cole Palmer reveals what Van de Ven told him during their heated confrontation against Tottenham! Reporter 🎙️: “Cole, what exactly did Van de Ven say about Chelsea that made you lose your temper?” Cole Palmer 🗣️: “I think he forgot which club he was playing against. Before the game, he was making jokes about Chelsea, saying we spend ridiculous amounts of money just to remain average. He even said Tottenham had a better project than us and that our players were only interested in collecting their salaries. I didn’t say anything because I wanted to do my talking on the pitch. But during the game, things got heated after the challenge. Suddenly, Van de Ven was in my face, telling me to stop acting like I’m some superstar. He called me overrated and said Chelsea had become a club where average players think they’re world-class. Reporter 🎙️: “How did you respond to those comments?” Cole Palmer 🗣️: “I told him he was getting a little too comfortable talking about Chelsea. He said Tottenham were a bigger club than us, so I asked him when the last time they actually won something significant was. He didn’t like that very much! Then I told him that Chelsea could have a terrible season and still have more recent major trophies to show for it than Tottenham. That’s when he started getting even angrier. Look, I respect Tottenham as a club, but you cannot spend the entire game provoking someone and then act surprised when they respond. Reporter 🎙️: “Do you think this rivalry has become personal?” Cole Palmer 🗣️: “For me, it’s football. I don’t hate the guy. But I won’t allow anyone to disrespect Chelsea and expect me to applaud them. Maybe he genuinely believes Tottenham are better than us. That’s his opinion. But if Chelsea are so small, why was he so desperate to prove it to us? Let him focus on his own team, and we’ll focus on ours. At the end of the day, the history books don’t lie. Talk is cheap.””

🚨 Cristiano Ronaldo on the current Manchester United squad, management and owners: “I still have respect for Manchester United, but am sorry to say this the club has lost its standards. And when the standards disappear at the top, eventually you see it on the pitch. The current squad is not the only problem. You have to look at the decisions being made by the people running the club. Manchester United have changed managers, changed players, changed plans — but somehow the same problems remain. The owners have spent money, but spending money is not the same as building a football club. You need a clear direction, strong leadership and people who understand what Manchester United is supposed to be. Even Old Trafford tells the story. You have one of the most famous stadiums in football and the roof is still an issue. If you cannot properly maintain the house, how can you expect people to believe you are building a new one? Manchester United doesn’t need another temporary solution. They need to decide what they want to be.”

🚨🇵🇹 Luis figo after Portugal’s 2-1 win against Norway and cancelo’s performance: 🎙️ REPORTER: figo, were you surprised by Portugal’s performance, especially after Ronaldo left the team? 🗣️ FIGO: Honestly? Very surprised. I didn’t expect us to play like that after Cristiano left. But I have to be honest… the team played very well. Maybe too well. João Cancelo, Bruno, Vitinha, Gonçalo Ramos… I don’t know what happened to these guys. They were playing like magicians, but cancelo deserves the player of the match award. When Cristiano was there, everything revolved around him. After he left, suddenly everyone wanted the ball, everyone wanted to take responsibility. It was strange to watch. And Cancelo? I don’t know Cancelo anymore. I have never seen him play like this. Maybe Cristiano leaving gave him some kind of superpower. 🎙️ REPORTER: What about the red-card incident? Do you think the referee got it right? 🗣️ FIGO: Red card? For me, it was very soft. In my generation, that is not even a foul. Today, you touch someone and suddenly everyone is asking for a red card. But maybe I’m old-fashioned. Portugal deserved the win, no doubt. But the performance after Ronaldo left… that is the part everyone will be talking about. I’m not saying Cristiano is the problem. I’m just saying that without him, some players suddenly looked like different players. That is football. Sometimes one absence changes everything. 🇵🇹
