Were no non-construction alternatives considered?
If you couldn't find any, we citizens know experts who can help suggest and implement them.
Please Don't spend Thousands of Crores in the name of solving Hyderabad's traffic problem without publicly sharing the scientific studies that prove this project will actually solve it in the long run.
Explore alternatives. Show us the evidence. Let citizens and independent experts scrutinise it before WASTING more public money.

GHMC Accelerates 6-Lane Steel Flyover Corridor Works
Today, GHMC Commissioner Sri R.V. Karnan, along with Khairatabad Zonal Commissioner Sri B. Santosh and Engineering officials, inspected the proposed 4.3-km, 6-lane bidirectional steel flyover corridor from Jubilee Hills Checkpost to NFCL Junction to ensure signal-free traffic movement.
Key directions:
▪️ Expedite junction improvements at KBR Park Main Entrance, Agrasen Junction & Jubilee Hills Checkpost for seamless one-way traffic flow around KBR Park.
▪️ Immediately commence geotechnical investigations from Mugdha Junction to NFCL Junction.
▪️ Accelerate foundation excavation and parallel off-site steel fabrication from Jubilee Hills Checkpost to Mugdha Junction.
▪️ Ensure timely execution while minimizing public inconvenience.
The ₹1,090 crore project aims to enhance connectivity, ease traffic congestion and ensure smoother, signal-free travel across the corridor.
