Zoro and Sanji are far more exciting than Luffy. Most of the community won't admit this but it is evident based on level of excitement, Goofy has no personality and is carried by world building & characters of own manga.

Literally the other way around. Naruto verse scales to cosmic things while One Piece doesn't, and Naruto fought Kaguya who has absolutely stupidly high stamina, being able to fight her sons for months
